Currently, Prestige Veteran Claim Aide LLC is not accredited as an agent. The LLC does not operate as a Veteran Service Organization (VSO) or a legal representative and therefore does not assist veterans in submitting VA pension or medical benefit claims. It is the responsibility of the veteran and the client to independently submit their benefit applications. While the LLC is actively pursuing accreditation, it can only engage in activities permitted by law. Additionally, it does not function as a non-accredited agent or engage in illegal activities specified under federal regulation.  It's important to emphasize that using the LLC's website or services is not mandatory for filing a claim for VA disability benefits. 

Veterans have the option to seek assistance from other free or paid organizations to achieve positive results. The information presented on the website, such as success rates, potential increases in disability ratings, and estimated processing timelines, reflects general averages and may not accurately represent individual claim outcomes.
